Every day, I see the weight people carry that no one else can see stress from home, memories from past incidents, the pressure to hold it all together.

I started this work because too many good people were breaking under invisible loads. I wanted to change that not by fixing anyone, but by helping leaders understand what their teams truly need to stay strong, safe, and whole.
Where Safety Meets Humanity
I bridge the gap between what people feel and what leadership needs to know.
As a counsellor, trauma responder, and safety-trained mental health advocate, I combine deep clinical understanding with real-world construction experience. Crews trust me because I speak their language. Leaders trust me because I help them turn care into action, building strong, resilient cultures that last.

I believe in proactive care, catching the invisible risks before they become crises. Together, we build systems that focus on foresight, not damage control.

Empathy only works if it’s practical. I pair care with real-world solutions that fit the jobsite, simple, honest, and usable in the middle of a 10-hour day.
