I created the Thought Challenging Challenge after realizing how many of us, especially in the trades, carry limiting beliefs that quietly hold us back.
Each day in November, we take 2–3 minutes to breathe, notice, and reframe one thought. That’s it. No judgment. Just awareness, growth, and a little more space to breathe.
